“We had a birthday party catering today. Everything was delicious, hot and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had appetizers of Crispy Brussels, Pretzel Bites with cheese sauce, Wonton Chips with dipping sauces and main meal of Chicken Stripes with fries. Everything was ready on time and the delvey from the appetizers to the main couse went so smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful experience Gather Brewing Company. We walked in at 9:50 pm without knowing they closed at 10pm and still received great service, we didn’t feel rushed by the staff and I really appreciate that. Food was good, service was excellent. “What an absolutely wasted year and a half honestly nothing more can be said about the time that has gone by eating wannabe Mexican food creations each and every time we have had to close our eyes and remember the good old days in California devouring absolutely amazing authentic Mexican creations that make your eyes tear from the absolute near perfection of Mexican foods that follow traditional specialty as they should be. Los Arcos in Universal City Texas does just that and some. From the first bite we knew that the wait was over , finally true traditional Mexican and the first in Texas. They advertised as true Traditional Mexican and let me be the first to proclaim yes it is. Absolute in classic style Mexican. Just as we stated to our server and staff we can’t wait to return the first chance we get. Refried beans with no explanation nor introduction creamy and delicious. Cheese enchilada inside and out oh so close to the recipe my mom would arrive to PTA meetings late but the crowd would line up to get them while they were still hot and amazing. Excuse me while I rinse off from the one way hour drive to return before they close because a mans gotta eat.
Parking: Huge public parking available.

“I have Never been a fan of Mexican food but this place is so delicious. Their food is flavorful. I ordered 2 times this past week. I’ve had the Carne Guisada breakfast and lunch plate. “I have been shopping at this store for almost 13 years, well not this exact (They use to work right out of a warehouse) I have always gotten great advice on how to make things easier or workout from their employees. The ladies in the store don’t chase you around asking if they can help, they offer and let you look. They even try to remind you little things like a box for the cake if you get a board or edible glue if you mention creating something with fondant. Love the shop!”

“Just went to grab a slice of pizza. The place seemed like a nice bar where you can get pizza. The guy working was extremely nice and went above and beyond. I got a cheese slice. Really inexpensive. I was surprised. Crust was great but I'm picky about sauce and it was okay. It was fresh and hot. I didnt feel like i wasted my money. All in all it was decent. I Will have to go back to take the whole place in. But to get a slice of pizza on the go, I'd go again.”

“We are pot belly regulars, as in every Thursday regulars. We order online and almost always it’s ready when it says it’ll be ready. Sometimes it’s delayed if they have a big rush, but that hasn’t happened in a while. Every Thursday we go we run into this guy who presume is either a manager or GM; he’s kind, outgoing, has taken the time to recognize us (my husband and I), has been super nice with compensation (when not even asked for) for different reasons.
This is our “home” location and we look forward to running into him whenever we go. We don’t know his name, but have nothing but good things to say about him. If every location had him and could multiple him for the entire staff all pot belly locations would be rated pretty well.
The food can sometimes be a miss, even though we order the same thing basically every week. The shakes are nothing to knock you out of this world, though some weeks it’s got a little bit of extra flavor that makes it really good. I’ve tried the soups and while they seemingly lack some salt, I understand that it’s made for the masses and salt isn’t always wanted for some.”

“I've heard about this restaurant for some time and I'm so happy to report that the food was even better than I was told. My wife had the sweet and sour pork and I had the Kung Pao chicken. Both were superb and the rice and egg roll and soups were just as good. Definitely be back again to try some other items.May 2024- made time to go by recently. Outstanding as always.
